All transactions on the air999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed at the point of deposit.
Deposited funds are credited to your account balance promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear within seconds. If a deposit does not reflect after a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals from the air999 platform are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals to new or different payment methods may require additional verification.

Bets placed on casino games are final once confirmed. Disconnection during a game session does not void a bet — the round will complete and the result will be recorded regardless of connectivity.
