Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, choose a username and create a strong password. That's it — your account is live immediately. You don't need to upload documents to start, though identity verification will be required before your first withdrawal. The whole process takes about two minutes on a mobile browser or through the Android app.

No — each person can only hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. If multiple accounts are detected from the same person, all of them may be suspended and any balance or bonuses forfeited. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact support at [email protected] for account recovery assistance rather than creating a new one.

You must be 18 years or older to create an air999 account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to be used by someone under 18 will be closed and any balance will not be returned. Air999 takes age verification seriously and conducts checks at withdrawal stage. Use the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive a one-time code via SMS. Use that code to set a new password. Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account, select your preferred method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally processed quickly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank. Your first withdrawal will require identity verification — you'll need to confirm your CNIC or equivalent and the payment method linked to your account.

Identity verification is a one-time process required before your first withdrawal. It's also triggered if your account details change or if unusual activity is detected. You'll be asked to confirm your identity (CNIC) and ownership of the withdrawal method. Once verified, future withdrawals from the same method on a verified account process without repeating the full check. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed on the withdrawal screen in your account. Settlement rules for abandoned, postponed or weather-affected matches are covered in detail in the Terms and Conditions. Generally, bets on matches declared void (abandoned before the required overs are bowled) are refunded to your balance. Matches that produce an official result under the Duckworth-Lewis method are settled on that result. In-play bets settled before the abandonment stand. Bonuses & Promotions

Only download from the official air999 source — do not install APK files from third-party sites or links shared in social media groups, as these could be modified versions. The installation requires allowing "Install from unknown sources" in your Android settings, which is standard for apps not distributed through the Play Store.

The most common reason is that "Install from unknown sources" (or "Install unknown apps") hasn't been enabled for your browser or file manager. Go to Settings → Security (or Privacy) on your Android device and enable this permission for the browser or app you used to download the file. Also make sure you have sufficient storage space. If the APK file seems corrupted or won't install after enabling permissions, delete it and re-download from the App page.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings and select "Self-Exclusion." Choose your exclusion period — options include 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Confirm your choice.
